1. General
1.1. These Terms govern purchases of physical products (candles) and digital content (courses) on the Website.
1.2. By placing an order, the buyer confirms they have read and accepted these Terms.
1.3. Terms may be updated. The version valid at the time of ordering applies.
2. Products and services
2.1. We sell:
a) physical products — candles and related items;
b) digital content — courses (access after login).
2.2. Courses may include downloadable materials (e.g., PDFs) where stated.
3. Ordering and contract
3.1. The buyer places an order and pays as instructed on the Website.
3.2. The contract is concluded once payment is confirmed and/or the order confirmation is issued.
3.3. If we cannot fulfil an order (e.g., out of stock), we will notify the buyer and refund any paid amount.
4. Prices and payments
4.1. Prices are in EUR.
4.2. Payment methods may include bank transfer, card, bank link and/or other methods shown at checkout.
4.3. Price changes do not affect orders already placed.
5. Delivery (physical products)
5.1. Delivery methods: courier / parcel lockers / other options shown at checkout.
5.2. Delivery timeframe is shown during checkout or in the confirmation email.
5.3. The buyer must provide accurate delivery details.
5.4. Upon receiving the parcel, the buyer should check packaging and items and report damage promptly.
6. Digital content (courses): access and use
6.1. After purchase, course access is granted for an unlimited period, via the buyer’s account login.
6.2. Course content (videos, texts, PDFs) is protected by intellectual property rights. Sharing logins, copying, distributing or publishing the content is prohibited without written permission.
6.3. Access may be temporarily limited for maintenance or security reasons.
7. Returns and refunds
7.1. Physical products (candles)
7.1.1. Consumers may have a 14-day right of withdrawal where applicable and where no legal exceptions apply.
7.1.2. Returned items must be unused and undamaged (where applicable, with full комплект/parts).
7.1.3. If the buyer returns due to change of mind, the buyer covers return shipping costs.
7.1.4. If the product is defective, damaged in transit, or wrongly delivered, the seller covers return shipping costs.
7.2. Digital content (courses)
7.2.1. Course access is typically provided immediately after payment confirmation.
7.2.2. At checkout, the buyer must agree (checkbox), e.g.:
“I agree that the supply of digital content starts immediately and I acknowledge that I lose my 14-day withdrawal right.”
7.2.3. If access was not granted due to technical issues, the buyer should contact the seller for resolution.
8. Quality and liability
We provide products/services as described. We are not liable for issues caused by improper use or inaccurate information provided by the buyer.
9. Intellectual property
All course materials are protected. Any copying or distribution without permission is prohibited.
10. Disputes
Disputes are handled by negotiation first; otherwise, applicable Lithuanian law applies.
