1. Shipping destinations

1.1. We ship products within Lithuania and the European Union (EU).

1.2. If you need delivery to a country that is not available at checkout, please contact us and we will assess the possibility.

2. Shipping methods

2.1. Available shipping methods (selected at checkout):

  • parcel lockers;

  • courier delivery;

  • local pickup (if applicable).

    2.2. Specific delivery partners and prices are shown at checkout.

3. Shipping costs

3.1. Shipping costs depend on the selected method, parcel weight/size, and destination country.

3.2. The final shipping fee is displayed before you confirm your order.

4. Order processing and dispatch

4.1. We prepare orders within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation (unless stated otherwise in the product description).

4.2. If your order includes made-to-order or special items, processing may take longer — we will inform you.

5. Delivery time

5.1. Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

  • Lithuania: 1–3 business days;

  • EU / international: 3–10 business days.

    5.2. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier workload, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.

6. Tracking

6.1. If tracking is available, the tracking number will be provided by email (or via other channels indicated at the time of order).

6.2. If you did not receive a tracking number, please contact us.

7. Damaged or missing parcels

7.1. If your parcel arrives damaged, we recommend that you:

  • take photos of the packaging and damage;

  • if applicable, report the damage at the moment of collection;

  • contact us within 48 hours of receiving the parcel.

    7.2. If your parcel is delayed or has not arrived, please contact us — we will help investigate with the delivery partner.

8. Incorrect delivery details

8.1. The buyer is responsible for providing the correct address, phone number, and email address.

8.2. If a parcel is returned due to incorrect details or not being collected, the buyer may need to cover the cost of reshipping.

9. Local pickup (if applicable)

9.1. Pickup time will be arranged individually.
